Mr. Vishal Ajitbhai Mehta is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He completed M.E. (Operation Research and Industrial Engineering) from Cornell University, USA and M.Sc (Management of Technology) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He is the founder of Infibeam Avenues Limited, has more than 22 years of experience in the field of IT and also worked in corporate development, operations finance and WW network optimization. He was associated with Amazon Com Holdings Inc and Amazon Global Resource Inc on technology, finance and corporate development roles. He was conferred with B.H. Jajoo AMA Outstanding I.T. Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017 for his contribution towards growth of digital India.

Mr. Mathew Jose is a Managing Director of our Company. He is graduated as an Engineer & EGMP from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B). In his role, he is able to guide the business and ensure profitability year on year. Over the last decade, he has worked with India’s leading brands in electronics, lifestyle, telecommunication, hospitality, healthcare and retail and has consistently been able to deliver the best interests of all stakeholders. He brings a sense of professionalism and a strong work ethic that help him and his teammates navigate the challenges of managing client expectations and delivering them to their utmost satisfaction.

Mr. Laljibhai Lakhamanbhai Vora is non-executive Director of our Company. By qualification he is Company Secretary and has a LLB & Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Secretarial field.

Ms. Anal Ruchir Desai is Independent Director of our Company and has experience of more than 16 years in Company Law, SEBI, Stock Exchange formalities, liasoining with Ministry of Corporate Affairs/Registrar of Companies and Statutory Authorities. Presently she working as Company Secretary of M/s. Denis Chem Lab Limited, a Listed Company on BSE Limited.

Mr. Jigar Rameshbhai Shah is Independent Director of our Company. He has experience of 22 years and founded Jigar Shah & Associates in year 2005, one of the most trusted law firms’ in Ahmedabad. He has expertise and specialized in the field of Income Tax, GST, Financing and Commercial Disputes, Banking Laws etc. He is also a Member of the Gujarat High Court Advocates’ Association.

Mr. Jigar Pradipchandra Shah is Independent Director of our Company. He is a Fellow member of the ICAI, Investment Advisor, Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer under the IBBI in the asset class of securities and financial assets. Mr. Jigar carries a vast experience of more than 21 years and has been in independent practice since 2012 in the areas of debt syndication, private equity, Insolvency Professional, Registered Valuer.
